Ingredients:

1/2 cup picked coriander leaves
1/2 Coconut, grated
2 – Green chillies
Tamarind – a pea size
1 small piece ginger
Salt to taste

Method:

Grind all the above to a fine paste adding water, a little at a time.

Seasoning :

1tbsp desi ghee
few curry leaves
1/4 tsp urad dhal
1/8 tsp mustard seeds

Method :

Heat ghee. Add mustard seeds, when they start popping, add urad dhal. When urad dhal turns light brown, add curry leaves, remove from flame & pour over the above chutney. Cover with lid.
