Curry leaf chutney powder is a dry chutney which can be stored and used upto 3 months.
- 3/4 cup urad dal
- 1/4 cup chana dal
- 8 to 10 cups curry leaves
- 1/4 cup tamarind
- 1/4 spoon hing
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic (if required)
- Red chilli 10 to 15
- salt to taste
Fry all these ingredients mentioned above(if required with oil).
Powder the fried ingredients into fine Powder.
Note : once can also add fried coconut and urad dal into the ingredients.
