Recipe to prepare GSB special Chichambe Gojju (Tamrind chutney)

Ingredients :

Tamarind 1 cup
Jaggarey 1 & 1/4 cup.
Red chilli (Byadagi) 10- 15 or according to u r taste,

Coriander leaves half bunch
Salt for taste.
For tempering
Oil 2 tsp
Mustered seeds 1tsp
Urdadal 1tsp,
Chana dal 1tsp,
Curry leaves
One red chilli.

Method : 

Soak the tamarind and jaggarey together. Add just enough water to get the right consistency for the gojju while grinding. let it soak till the jaggarey dissolve .when it dissolved mix with the hand and add roasted red chilli and coriander leaves graind into a nice paste and temper with said above ingredients.

serve with neer dosa or dal rice….
