Onion small -2
Roasted Red chillies- byadagi -4
Tamarind-small marble size
Coconut oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soak tamarind in the hot water..
Grind tamarind along with redchillies to a paste by using water in which u soaked the tamarind
Add 1 chopped Onion and grind it again to a smooth paste. .add salt
Mix well add 1 Finley chopped onion..add coconut oil..
Onion gojju is ready to serve.. it can be used as a side dish with rice too..the consistency of the gojju is thin so add water accordingly
serve with dosa / steamed rice / undi
