Recipe to prepare Puddi chutney /pitti chutney

Quick and instant recipe to prepare Puddi chutney /pitti chutney .
Ingredients :

  • Hurgadle /puthani dal /fried gram -500 gms.
  • Byadgi chillies – 50 gms
  • Vatamba sol -5 -6 /tamerind -lemon size
  • Salt -2 tbsp
  • Jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Methi 1/4 tsp
    Daniya -1/2 tsp
  • Flax seed -2 tsp (optional )
  • Hing -2 pinch.

Method :
Dry roast all above ingredients separately. once cooled Powder these in a mixer grinder.

filter the powder using sifters so that all ingredients mix well.Puddi chatni 2

Fill the Puddi chutney / pitti chutney in an airtight jar.

You can have dosa or chapati with this.

Note : This will last for more than a month.
