Cabbage sanna polo | spicy cabbage dosa

Ingredients : 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup white rice, 2-3tbsp toor dal soked in water for an hour
4 red chillies small
3 kashmari red chilli
1 small size tamrid ball
Salt for taste

Method :

Grind chilli,grated coconut, and tamrid into a fine paste
Add socked rice, toor dal to it and grind for 30sec so that paste is not too fine
Take this grinded mixture in a bowl mix it with finely chopped cabbage and onion
Add salt to this mixture and allow to mixture to settle for 15 minutes

Now in a tawa add  few  spoons of mixture and spread across in form of round dosa and cook on both side till its crip and color changed to dark brown.
