Pomfret is one of the tastiest fish and its fry is tasty. This fish fry is prepared in the kerala style which requires a shallow fish fry fish with less oil in a tawa/ dosa pan.
- Red chilly powder
- Turmeric powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander powder
Clean the fish slices and marinate it for minimum 20-30 minutes with turmeric powder, coriander powder (pinch/ optional), chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. In a tawa/ dosa
pan, add little oil and shallow fry the marinated fish pieces on a medium flame. Now the fish fry is ready.
