- Peel 2-3 potatoes,Cut both cauliflower and potatoes. Fry in oil and keep aside.
- in pan with oil add cumin seeds,when splutter add finely chopped onions. Add ginger garlic paste .Saute well.
- add chilli and turmeric powder. Add tomato Puri(one).Add salt,when leaves oil add fried cauliflower and potatoes. Stir well.
- add corriander ,cumin powder, crushed kasuri methi And stir for few minutes.
Alloo Gobhi is ready. Serve by adding chopped coriander leaves.
