Soak Kabuli chana/ chickpeas in water overnight.
Put 2 cardamon 2 inch cinnamon 2 tejpata ginger paste in the chana and add water and pressure cook it for 8 to 10 whistles.
In a pan or kadai put oil and add 1/2 cup chopped onions and sauté t
ill it turns slight golden. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw aroma leaves. Then add 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes and sauté till it turns soft.
Then add all the spices 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp cummin powder 1tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala and little turmeric powder.
Add the boiled chana and the stock (water ) and salt. let it get cooked then add cut pieces of paneer. At the end add little kasuri methi and amchur powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.
