Eggs 4 Boil well,remove the skin,slit nd keep aside.
Basumathi rice. 1glass

Masala : Grind one small bunch coriander leaves,2 green chilies,one small piece ginger and 8 garlic pods in a mixer well into a fine paste
Cut 2 slices of bread into small square pieces nd keep aside
Some raisins nd cashews
Little saffron soaked in warm milk.
Wash the rice and soak for half an hour.
Heat a nonstick kadai add ghee,onions,tomato nd fry well till mushy,then add the green masala,salt,fry well till the raw smell goes,add the boiled eggs,mix well,remove the eggs nd keep some masala nd eggs seperately
Heat another non stick kadai,add ghee,fry the cashews,raisins nd bread pieces into golden brown nd keep aside.in the same ghee,add,lavang,dalchini,fry well,add,onions,fry till golden brown,then add the soaked rice,fry well again fr 10 minutes,then add 2 glasses of hot boiled water,add salt,mix well nd cook on A low flame nd allow to cool.once cooled add the saffron milk,remained,masala,cashews,raisins,bread pieces mix well nd lastly add the masala coate eggs.
Serve it with tomato onion raitha.
