Recipe to prepare Egg Curry

Method :

Fry jeera , coriander seeds , saunf, cloves , garlic, 2 onions 3 tomatoes and 1/2 cup coconut 2 dry red chillies
Grind to fine paste with a little tamarind

In a kadai fry a small onion ,tomato , add a little turmeric powder and since I added only 2 red chillies I added chilli powder ( Everest kashmirilal ,adds a distinct color) then add the ground masala and kasuri methi and add the boiled eggs. Lastly add a little fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with steamed rice / Hot chapatis
