Recipe to prepare Gobi Manchurian

Method :
Cut the florets wash and let dry. In a bowl take 1 part of maida, 1 part of besan, 1 part of rice flour and little rawa. Add little turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and red chillie powder. Sprinkle this all over the cauliflower florets. If you feel its too dry add 1 or 2 spoons if water to help coat the flour evenly over the florets.

Deep fry them. I have once tried to shallow fry it and they taste no different. As ultimately it has to be in the sauce(manchurian gravy)

For gravy.

In a pan take little oil add 1 chopped onion. Grate ginger-garlic in it. For spice you can chop green chilli fine abd add. Saute it well. Add fine chopped capsicum (green, red). To it add soya sauce, red chillie sauce.

Make a mixture of cornflour and water and add to the pan. Add extra water if needed.

At the end add tomato sauce.

At the end garnish with green onion and coriander.

serve with ghee rice or steamed rice
