Deep fry onions in ghee(I used half ghee and half oil). Keep aside. In the same ghee add 2-3cloves, 1 cardamom, 1″pc of cinnamon, a tsp of black pepper, a tbsp of coriander seeds, 6-7cloves of garlic (cut finely or grated), 1″pc of ginger (grated), 2green chillies slit. Stir and add 2 finely chopped tomatoes. When mushy add11/2 tsp kashmiri chilli pwd, 1/4tsp turmeric pwd, 1 tsp coriander pwd and fried onions. Add well washed chicken pcs. Stir well till chicken gets coated. Add salt and kasuri methi. Close and cook till 70%done. Add 2tbsp thick curds and cook till almost done. Add 2tbsp of thick cream, 1tsp of garam masala and a little more of kasuri methi. Stir and let it cook for 2min or till done. Garnish with coriander leaves. (adjust chill and salt according to taste).
