- Half a kadgi cut into cubes and pressure cooked with salt.
- Prepare a masala with oil roasted red chillies , coconut and tamarind,Grind to a coarse paste.
- When almost done add a spoonful of roasted urad dal and a spoonful of roasted Coriander seeds.
- Mash the boiled kadgi cubes and mix with the masala
- take oil in a pan ,add mustard and curry leaves.
- Add Mashed mixture into the pan now and saute f0r a while till done.
