recipe to prepare mushroom kadai


Ingredients for Mushroom Kadai
Mushroom 1cup (chopped)
capsicum 2 (chopped)
big onion 2 to 3
tomato 2
ginger garlic paste 1 tblsp
garam masala powder 1tblsp
fresh cream 3 tblsp
red chili pdr 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi1/2tsp
fennel 1tsp coriander leaves
dry long red chillies 2 to 3
coriander seeds 2 tsp

Take a pan and fry dry red chillies & coriander seeds.
Grind fried dry chillies & coriander seeds and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat 2tsp of oil add fennel, add the finely chooped onions and saute them well till the onions turns brown.
Then add the grind powder and mix well.
add the finely chopped tomatoes and saute them well.
Then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute them till the raw smell goes off,
Then add the red chill powder, garam masala powder and salt.
mix them all together well.Add the chooped onions cubes, capsicum cubes and mushrooms.
Then add some water and let it boil till the vegetables and mushroom cooks well.
Finally add fresh cream n kasuri methi,Mix them well.
garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
