Recipe to Prepare PANEER GHEE ROAST

Recipe

Add 200 gm Paneer in boiled water, after 10 minutes strain the water. now apply salt for taste,1tsp ginger garlic paste,little turmeric powder and 1/2 cup curds .keep it for 15 minutes.

Boil 15 nos.byadagi chillies in water for 10 minutes.drain the water and keep aside.

Paste boiled chillies+3tsp coriander+1″ ginger+6nos. garlic flakes to a smooth paste.

In a  pan heat  2tbsp ghee fry above paste till raw smell disappears…
now add marinade paneer cubes and stir well..you can add littlel water if required.cook till done
..same recipe can b used for mushroom or baby corn
