1 pkt mushrooms (500gms)
3-5 chopped green chillies
1/4 cup cashews
salt and pepper to taste
1 tblsp olive oil
1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into quarters .
2. Soak the cashews and grind to a paste .
3. Heat oil in a pan , add in the green chillies ,saute for half a min . Add the mushrooms ,salt and freshly ground black pepper . Mix well and saute for two minutes .
4. Add in the ground cashew paste and bring to boil.
5. Serve with ghee rice .
