1/2 kg mutton , 4 tblsp thickcurds , 1 tsp each dhania, jeera powder, mirchi powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder. 4-5 flakes garlic , a smallpiece of ginger( grated). Salt as per taste.
Marinate the mutton with all these ingredients for 2 hours.
Grind two raw onions ,two green chillies and a small tomato. Fry all this in a vessel till it is light brown ,
add the marinated mutton to this and roast it till the raw flavour of the meat has evaporated. Add a bunch of fresh spinach cut finely and cook till the meat is cooked.
Serve with steamed rice.
