Cooked Rice 4 /5 cups fully cooled
Vegs green peas cabbage capsicum spring onion (leaves separated )french beans carrot half boiled fresh sweet corn as like finely chopped around 2 cups or as req
Schezwan sauce 3 /4t spoons
Salt and sugar as per taste
Oil 3 t spoons or as req
peeper powder less than qtr t spoon
Ajinomoto I haven’t added
Tomato ketchup 2 / 3 t spoons or as req
In a big kadhai add oil and heat it. Add chopped Vegs and stir fry till half cooked. Add Schezwan sauce tomato ketchup salt and sugar as per taste
Bpeeper powder and mix well.
Now stir fry the vegs till almost cooked but not fully. The crunch n crysp should be retain over. Add rice and mix well. Now saute rapidly till everything mixed with properly.
At last add chopped spring onion leaves and mix well. Now transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot Schezwan Fried rice
