Take a pan add water & all ingredients have to cook for 10 mins.
Simmer till the onions become soft. strain the stock and keep aside.when cooled, make a paste of the cooked ingredients adding 1 or 2 tsp of the strained water paste .
Heat 2 to 3 tbps oil in a pan. Fry all the whole spices like garam masalas are Tej patta, green cardamoms, cloves, stone flower, and mace. salute for a few seconds till the spices become they release their aroma in the oil
add the ground masala paste and salute till the oil starts to leave the sides of the pan. then add the 3 tbsp Maggi hot & sweet tomato sauce.
option Now add Dry Spice Powders like 1/2 tbsp Garam masala , 1/2 tbsp jeera powder , 1tbsp coriander powder 1/4 tbsp red chili powder , 1 tbsp kasuri methi , 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder mix nicely dry masala powder.
Now add the strained stock+water , salt and 1/2 tbsp sugar, Stir well and simmer for 10mins on a low flame or till the gravy thickens slightly.
Stir and add 200 gm paneer Cubes Simmer for 2 to 5 mins till the paneer is absorb the masala flavour & cooked. garnish it with some coriander leaves and Cream option Serve The Shahi Paneer goes well with Jeera Rice, Rotis Or Naan & Chapati Ready to Serve Shahi Panner With Puri, chapati or Garlic Butter Naan.
