Ingredients :

  1. Coconut milk of one big juicy coconut
  2. 4 big tomatoes cut into pcs
  3. 7-8 green chillies ( spicy).

Method :

add 1 tbspn of ghee in a pan.. Add jeera,mustard seeds,kadipatta and hing.. as tadka. Add tomato pcs and green chillies.. Fry till tomatoes turn soft.. Add 1/4 tspn of haldi.. Now add the coconut milk and stir continuously till it boils.. After a boil add salt.. and boil further for a min. Finally add coriander leaves and 1/4 tspn pepper powder. If the tomatoes are not juicy..

Optional : I ve added a tablespoon of cooked sprouted and cleaned moong to enhance taste.
