RECIPE: Marinate 1/2 kg chicken with 1/2 cup curds,1tsp turmeric powder,2tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. keep it for 1/2 an hour.
cook marinade chicken till it gets dry,keep aside.
In a pan heat 1tbsp butter,fry chopped garlic n ginger(15 flakes+1″ginger),few curry leaves,now add 4tsp chilli powder ..
reduce the flame and saute for a while.
now add 1tsp soya sauce+little vinegar,2tsp coriander powder,little jeera powder,little garam masala powder.fry for 1 min,add cooked chicken fry on high flame until it fully coated with masala.
finally add 2ts lime juice and switch off the flame.
Garnish with fresh butter and your CHICKEN BUTTER ROAST is ready to be served .
