Ingredients Required :
Urad Dal – 1 cup
Maida – 3 cups
oil for greasing
1. Soak Urad dal for 2 hours and grind it into a fine batter.
2. Mix the maida in a big container with water ensure there are no lumps in it. Add salt to it. Cover and rest it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
3. Maida will settle and water will be on top after couple of hours. drain the water.
4. Now to the maida, add the ground urad batter it in well.
5.grease the tava with oil and spread 3-4 spoons of batter as regular dosa ,cover & cook only on one side taking care to see that it does not brown..
Serve it hot with chutney / gravy for breakfast or evening Snacks.
