1 small beetroot
salt to taste
2 cup curds
1. Grate or small cut beet root and boil with little water & salt.
2. Blend 2 cup curds, add boiled beetroot to the curd.
3. Season with red chillies, urad dal, mustard, curry leaves, hing and jeera.
4. Here i decorated with cherry tomatoes.
