Ingredients

Jackfruit seeds (Bikkand) – 10seeds
Green chilli – 2 or 3 piece
Curry leaves – 5 leaves
Coconut oil – four spoon FOR FRYING NIPPAT
asafoetida – 4 drops
Best quality rice flour – 250 grm
Salt as per taste

Recipe : 

Peel jackfruit seeds and transfer it into pressure cooker, add water till all are seeds are immersed and salt per taste

pressure cook untill 2 whistle.

once pressure cooker is cooled transfer seeds into mixer grinder and use water left in pressure cooker to grind into thick batter.

in a Mixing bowl add 4 drops asafoetida (hingu), seed paste. finely chopped green chilli and finely chopped Curry leaves, Mix it well

Add rice flour as needed and water also as needed

Dough should be like chapati dough, Add Coconut oil to dough and mix

make dough balls of lemon size and next take banana leaves spread oil to it keep dough balls and spread dough by fingers to Pani Puri size

Keep coconut oil in stove heat up oil and leave the nippat to oil and fry to light golden brown then take nippat from oil keep in plate
