Recipe to Prepare PANEER BUTTER MASALA and SOFT BATURA

BATURA RECIPE:

maida 1 cup,milk 1/2 cup,curd 1/4 cup,baking powder 1/4tsp,sugar 1tsp,salt to taste.

Mix together the above ingredients for making batura,knead thm togethr to make smooth dough.keep it aside for 1-2 hrs.make medium sized balls,roll thm to thick pooris n deep fry in oil.
 
 
 
PANEER BUTTER MASALA:

put the paneer 200 gms cubes in boilin water.keep it for 10 minutes.wen its soft drain the water and keep it aside

Boil 1 tomato in water.when cool down make the puree of it.keep aside.
soak the 1/4 cup cashew-nut in milk for 5 minutes.grind it into smooth paste.
now in a kadai put 1tbsp butter,fry chopped onion(2 nos.),add 2tsp ginger garlic paste,fry for a while.now add tomato puree fry for few minutes.add all the powders(2tsp chilli powder,1tsp garam masala,1/2tsp turmeric,1tsp coriander,1/2 tsp jeera,3tsp meat masala powder.) and salt to taste.fry for 2 minutes.now add cashew paste.you can add little water if required.finally add little kasoori methi(optional).add paneer cubes n cook till done.garnish with coriander leaves.goes well with hot baturas 🙂
