Sabudana vada GSb community recipe

Ingredients :

  1. 1 cup sabudana (topica pearls)
  2. Poatatoes-4
  3. Green chillies -4
  4. Ginger-1″
  5. Pea nuts-1/4 cup
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for deep frying

Method :

  • Soak sabudana over night
  • Wash it 3 to 4 times
  • Drain all the water and keep aside 2 hrs
  • Presure cook potatoes. peel the skin mash it
  • Roast peanuts and grind it coasre powder
  • In a big bowl add sabudana mashed potatoes,chooped green chillies,greated ginger,pea nut powder,chooped curry leaves and salt mix well
  • Make small Vadas and deep fry in hot oil
