Wheat Buns Receipe :
previous night batter preparation –
in a bowl add 1/2 tsp salt, 2-3 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp curd, 1 ripe mashed banana(big) and mix well. add 1 cup Wheat flour and knead well with milk and little water.
note i havent added soda powder, but it can be added while kneading for more fulffy texture.
the final atta consistency should be sticky and left overnight for rising.
in the morning, knead well again (add wheat flour if too sticky) roll like puris and deep fry.
