Ingredient:

baby corn 10-15, onion -2, garlic- 8-10 flakes, capsicum -1, soya sauce-2 tsp,s spring onion, tomato ketchup- 3 tsp, red chilly sauce-3 – tsp, pepper powder -1tsp corn flour , plain flour -2 tsp, salt , oil..green chillies 4-6 ( slit vertically)

Method: 

To make a the batter add corn flour, plain flour, salt n pepper powder to a bowl ..add water and make a batter..dip the baby corn pieces.and deep fry..and keep it aside..
Heat 3-4 tsp oil in non stick pan add finely chopped garlic , then add chopped onion stir for 2-4 mins, add slit green chillies and sliced capsicum , keep on stirring fr few mins…now add soya sauce n tomato ketchup , chilly sauce and simmer till the sauce thickens…now add fried baby corn ..mix it well,add finely chopped spring onion,stir and serve.
