Add boiled water to raw cashew nut for about 2-3hours.
after 2 or 3 hours remove the skin of raw cashew nut and keep aside.
in a pressure cooker put oil add mustered and 2 – 3 red chillies.
then add cleaned raw cashewnut , little salt , very small jaggery piece ,half glass water and take 2 whistles.
garnish with 2table spoon of grated coconut.
bibbe upkari ready to be served.
