Simple recipe to prepare Taro Root Fritters or Kaale Alvaa Maddi rava fry.
- Taro Root Fritters or Kaale Alvaa Maddi
- chilli Powder
- Rice Floor
- Hing or asafoetida
- Peel and chop the maddi into pieces of your choice, wash them and pressure cook sliced maddi with salt.make sure to put off the pressure cooker before whistle blows to avoid overcooking.
- Add chillypowder, hing and little rice flour to cooked Maddi slices and mix it.
- coat them in rawa and shallow fry them
Yummy Maddi Raw fry is ready to be served.
