Ingredients:

button mushroom – 1 pack
Onions-2
Tomato- 1 big
Capsicum-1
Green chillies- 2
Garlic -10- 12 flakes
Pepper+ fennel seeds- crushed 2 tsp
Oil -3-4 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves- 2 springs
Turmeric powder- a pinch

Method :

take a nonstick Kadai..heat oil add chopped garlic n saute for few mins…add chopped tomato ,salt n turmeric powder…cook until tomatoes turns thick n soft…add chopped onions , capsicum n chillies saute Until raw smell of onions is gone…then add cleaned , sliced mushroom …saute for 2-3 mins..add crushed pepper n fennel seeds powder n curry leaves..cover.n cook on low flame until mushroom are completely done.
