Grate carrots amounting to one big cup.
Take a pan Add one cup of milk and bring it to boil.
Add the grated carrots and keep stirring, until the carrots softens.
once halfway done add one cup of sugar (as per taste)and keep mixing until all the milk is totally absorbed and carrots are cooked.
when nearly done add 2 to 3 spoons of ghee and give a good stir.
add nuts of your choice and relish.
