Ingredients :

Carrot-1 kg
Sugar-11/2 cup
Milk-250 ml
Condensed milk-100 ml
Cardmom powder -1 tsp
Cashew nuts;Raisins,almonds
Ghee-4 tbsp
Method –
Lightly peel the skin of carrot..greate it
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a cooker add greated carrot saute it for 2 to 3 minutes
Add milk mix well and cook for 1 to 2 whistle
Add sugar mix well..keep on mixing till it becomes a lump add condensed milk..mix weĺl..switch off the flame.. add cardamom powder..
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a seasoning Pan add all dry fruits saute it… add this to prepared halwa.. serve hot or cold.
