Ingredients : 

  1. Roasted Vermicelli : 1 glass
  2. Milk :1 litre
  3. Ghee : 2 tbs
  4. Sugar ( As per your taste)
  5. Keser
  6. Raisins
  7. Cashews
  8. Cardamom powder

Recipe :

Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in kadai. Then roast Cashews & Raisins until golden colour. Keep aside.

Roast One glass vermicelli till golden colour. Heat one litre thick milk.Stirr well, When it boils nicely add roasted vermicelli & cook till soft.

Add one & half glass sugar, Stir continuously.

Soak Keser in hot milk and mix in Paayasam.

Finally put roasted cashews, Raisins & elaichi powder.
