Seeds of a small snake gourd
Rice: 1 fistful
Chillis :2nos or(if powder acc to taste)
Tamrind: as per taste
Salt to taste.
1)Take the rice after it has fully soaked.Grind it together with the red chilli,tamrind,salt into a smooth paste.
2)Then add the seeds to this and grind them to coarse consistency.(let some pieces remain so
that you feel the crunchiness as you eat)
3) The consistency should be on the thinner side.Pour on hot tava,thinly.
4) Fry on both the sides.(it can be made crisp as the base is rice) Serve hot, as a side dish.
