GSB Community special dish Gulla mashingh sangha Sagale(manglore brinjal + drumstick masala)
Gulla 3-4(Mnagalore Brinjal)
Greated coconut 1 cup
Red ( dry) chilli 5-6 roasted in little oil
2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2,tsp fenugreek seeds ( meethi)
Tamarind small marbal size.

Cut the Brinjal and drumsticks in big size.
Roast the dry red chilli in little oil in same kadai put 1tsp oil and roast the coriander seeds and meethi seeds and keep aside.
Now make a Masala of grated coconut + red chilli + tamarind into semi fine paste now add roasted coriander seeds and meethi and grind again .
for tampering in a kadai put 1tbsp oil and put mustard seeds when pops then add curry leave.
now add the grains Masala into the kadai with tampering and add Cut drumsticks.
when they half boil add the salt and brinjal ( gulls) + little turmeric and small peice of jaggary and bring into boil until the brinjal become tender
yummy dish is ready to be served with hot steamed rice.
